C&W rings in changes with NGN

Cable and Wireless' next-generation network is ready, willing, able and three months earlier than anticipated, according to the telco.
Cable & Wireless (C&W) says its next-generation network (NGN), which is part of a £190 million investment, is ready to roll, under budget and some three months ahead of schedule.
